In 2008 a local business couple with vision, Mr. and Mrs. Par?ina, decided to buy the old factory site and change it into a brand new, luxury, boutique hotel. With the help of a famous local architect, Mr. Vjekoslav Ivani?evi?, the Parcina’s have developed a one-of-a-kind property. Not only a beautiful building which enhances a main street in town, but a hotel whose unique amenities makes it a true destination.
